My name is Julie Burmeister, I’m an independent Real Estate Broker that provides the following services to help you with some of your listing needs.  I don’t actively pursue sales listings because I want a work life balance. You can feel confident that your buyers and sellers will not be pursued by me. I am also a Notary that is an NSA Certified Signing Agent in the event your client needs any documents notarized. I’m qualified and approved to provide application processing for your rental listings.

  • Notary Services ranging from $75.00 to $150.00.
  • Show perspective buyers your listing if you can’t or they’re not working with an agent. $65.00 per showing.
    • This is essentially a showing for a potential buyer (investor). The potential buyer will want to view the property and take photos. My main responsibility will be to facilitate and make sure the buyer is not speaking directly with the homeowner about price or any private details. General questions about the property are ok. But other than that, the investor or buyer and the homeowner should not have any direct communication. Any details or disclosures will be provided by the listing agent. Price, value or offers will not be discussed. They will be referred to the listing agent
  • Advertise your rental listings on social media. Commission is per MLS with a minimum of $350 to be paid at move in if I provide the tenant. You can also refer them to me to show your property,
  • Attend Home Inspections for you up to 3 hours $150.00. $25.00 an hour after 3 hours.
  • Install Lockbox – Info Box with flyers – I’ll print color flyers that you create up to 20 flyers for $75.00. Each flyer after 20 is .48 cents per copy.
  • Initial visual inspection with photos and video (Before or after your listing appointment) which will be uploaded to Google Documents for you to use. $100.00
  • Application processing - $75.00
  • Open houses up to 3 hours per day on weekends. Typically 12pm to 3pm. You must schedule 2 weeks prior to open house date to confirm my availability. $200.00
  • Contract signing - $75.00
    • Sometimes you’ll have a “ verbal agreement” with the home owner or buyer to purchase the property. In most cases, you get the contract signed via e-signature with DotLoop or Docusign.  If a buyer does not have a computer or they are not able to sign the contract due to technical reasons. In this instance, you will email me with a contract that is already filled out and I will print it out, meet with the homeowner or buyer at their home or a convenient place to get their signatures.

To schedule your service, please submit the following information. Once payment is received, your service will be added to my schedule.  If its a same day service, an additional fee of $25-$50 will apply depending on the service.
